Blog's Recommended Format for
Reader Comments. I have the final say as to what comments are posted. I want to post as many comments as possible
within the following guidelines:
Let's keep this civil. In that regard, slang OK, profanity not OK. Please direct all comments to me. If you find another's comments objectionable,
tell me about it, but don't attack them. If
you find my comments objectionable, or 'off base,' please let me know. Furthermore, I don't have an editor. I
try not to make too many spelling errors or grammatical mistakes. If you see one (or more), please point that out to
me. I'm a student of writing and language, and I enjoy writing, but I'm no expert. I am continually trying to
improve. I like to respond to comments
and questions, but I generally try not to turn the blog's format into a dialogue between myself and one of my readers.
I think that can become somewhat boring to others. I have received comments that, quite frankly, I don't understand. Try to be clear about what is being stated
or questioned. Don't automatically assume that I know what you're talking about. I'm always open to potential subjects, let me know what you'd like to see
more of. I am aware that each and every one of you has countless on-line resources. I am very appreciative of
those who wish to join-in -- or just tune-in and read occasionally. Thank you for allowing me to share some of your
valuable time.
